TIAGO MANUEL DA HORA, producer and musicologist, holds a PhD in  Musicology by the Faculty of Social and Human Sciences of the New University of Lisbon (UNL), under the guidance of Rui Vieira Nery. He is Master graduated in Historical Musicology by UNL since 2010 where he studied under the guidance of David Cranmer.

Between 2012 and 2014 he collaborated with CITAR-UCP for the projects "Orpheon Portuense: Tradição e Inovação", and "Espólio Manuel Ivo Cruz". His book publications includes "Espólio Manuel Ivo Cruz: música manuscrita portuguesa e brasileira" (UCE-Porto, 2013), "Joaquim Simões da Hora: intérprete, pedagogo e divulgador" (Colibri, 2015) and "Fernando Lopes-Graça e Eugénio de Andrade: o diálogo entre a música e a poesia" (Chiado Books, 2018).

He is also author of several articles and chapters in scientific and artistic publications and regularly participates in national and international conferences on music and musicology, and regularly writes for various publications in music periodicals, concert program notes and is author of several texts and arguments for musical shows.

In 2011 he founded Artway - culture & arts, with Vanessa Pires, being responsible for the artistic production of several concerts and shows, with some of the most prominent Portuguese musicians and artists, in major concert halls and music festivals in Portugal, and also has an intense activity as recording producer.

His deep passion for the world of discography has been reflected as both musicologist, as recording producer, being producer for CD's of labels such as Artway Records, Arkhé Music, Portugaler, Grand Piano, Naxos, Toccata Classics.

JORGE SIMÕES DA HORA has an intense activity in sound recording and digital edition, especially focused in classical music.

He studied at ETIC (Lisbon, Portugal) and at the National Conservatory of Lisbon, and specialized in professional audio tools with Avid (Digidesign Pro Tools - 2001, England). He also has a background in audio broadcasting as well as in acoustic recording technics. In this field, he has participated in several courses promoted by leading European specialists.

He has participated in numerous recordings and phonographic editions, in albums for Portugaler, Capella, Althum, Artway Records, IFO Classics, Arkhé Music, Toccata Classics or Naxos, as recording and mastering engineer.

He also worked in the production of several artistic projects promoted by Artway - culture & arts, as well as sound engineer for film and television productions, among other projects.
